All was good except for ticketing that said I would have 2 hours in Edmonton. Deceiving as it was 2hours but it was going from one stop to another.
Do a better job of showing the transfer on the ticket.
Also, office at transfer location should not have stairs!

Awful. Ended up being a 15 hour bus ride instead of an 11 and two busses broken down. The drivers were nothing but courteous and friendly I have nothing but nice things to say about them. The company needs to take better care of their busses

Probably the worst experience with public transport of my life. Unprofessional and angry bus driver. Profanity. Unsafe driving speeding and cutting people off and vocal bad drivers at the same time. We got a flat tire and that's besides the point I understand that things like this can happen but the way that it was handled was not okay. The bus driver told everyone that they had 90 minutes to go for lunch or go do something as he had predicted that it would take at least that long for someone to come and replace our tire etc. Because he over-predicted the timeline, he then made an announcement to the entire bus singling out to Indian men as he referred to them that he was going to simply leave them behind because we had to get back on the road… He was prepared to leave to innocent people behind with all of their baggage on the bus in the middle of a trip without making any attempt to contact them first which is silly because we were getting updates from the bus company the entire time on this situation. When I demanded that he call the company to send out a message letting everyone know that the bus was ready to go he lied on the phone saying that he told everyone to stay with an eyes distance of the bus which was not true to try and make it seem like he was in the right. I called him out on it someone from the bus went searching for the people luckily they all came back together and we were back on the road.

Great comfortable ride on a 2025 Flixbus. Nice large and wide windows great for viewing scenery. Friendly driver. But best thing was the travel time ended up half an hour earlier than what was scheduled. Very fast
