Lost my tickets, because OCC refuse to change the date on my tickets because I was unable to meet up in person to change them, even though I told them that I was in Denmark. Would have expected that they did an exception due to the situation. 😞

Overall, I think the service and staff are excellent. The only thing I really dislike are the videos. They are not only much too loud and the content is not suitable for children. Loud, violent movies are not condusive to a peaceful, relaxing long trip.
