I think for the cost the seat that I sat in had a broken table which always flopped down. I think that can be fixed and should be as I think the bus should be in good repair.
The bus arrived a half an hour late and I called the office to ensure that we were at the right place and the bus was coming but was sent to a voicemail. Left a message and an hour later they called back. By then the bus had arrived and we were able to catch it to Red deer.

We were picked up from downtown calgary and dumped to wait for another bus in the open at crossiron mills for over 30 mins in a snowstorm. All calls did not help and the new driver had no apologies for delaying us. We got to our destination ( red deer) an hour after schedule and missed our connections.

One of the AC was broken- can’t close it. And the power outlet is only for usb type charger chords. Other than that. the rest are Good.

There was a very drunk man who sat beside me and touched my face. I don't know how he was and we didn't exchange so much as a hello before he did that. He then passed out and was falling on me most of the way. His music was blasting and I eventually had to stand on the seat and jump over him because he could not be woken up.
