The trip was great, driver was very nice and helpful. Seats were comfortable. I would definitely use this bus service again. I wish it stopped in Lacombe.
I enjoyed my ride on The Canada Bus. I like the Calgary pickup location. The bus was comfortable and the driver polite and professional. My only concern was the lack of seat belts. I would have liked to have made my own choice regarding this aspect of my safety.
The bus driver was delightful :) However, the counter guy in Calgary was intense, intimidating and rude. I hadn’t been on a big bus in 20 years, and I didn’t know the procedures. When I asked what I needed to do with my ‘checked bag’, he answered me, but in the most exasperated and annoyed way possible. He was 1 second from exploding, and I was relieved he wasn’t my driver. The entire group was on pins & needles in the office.
The bus driver was on his hand held cell phone for most of Hwy 2 from Stoney Trail to the turnoff for Red Deer. That meant he was driving with one hand. That is against the law and totally unacceptable.
They are always on time and the other passengers are very respectful and caring love the drivers and staff members always make sure we arrive safe to our destinations
I Was waiting at the crossiron stop for 1 hour, but the bus didn't showed up moreover tried to call customer service, emailed no reply. I missed my money and time for nothing
Adrian was the bus driver. Very personable and nice. The bus left a few minutes. Late because several people didnt check in at the desk before boarding so the woman at the checkin had to come out and call their names on the bus.
The driver was very kind and courteous. He kept the bus very clean. There was one passenger behind me though that reeked of alcohol and vaped a few times when the driver did not notice. My bus also was late.
There are times when it’s beyond your control of being late so that was not an issue. The driver was polite and a good driver. I would travel with Red Arrow again.
My flight arrived later and I was worried I had missed the bus, but it was still loading other passengers, so I qas quite happy at the short delay. As a visitor from Ontario, I was impressed at the availability of snack and beverages built into the price
My experience with Ebus was great with the exception of the bus being half an hour late. Things happen, traffic, inclement weather etc..it would be very helpful to have a way for travelers to track them whereabouts of their bus so we are not standing in the cold wondering when or if our bus was showing up.
I had a good experience riding the Ebus! I don’t mind if it’s late, it’s ok because the road was not nice. I am glad that we got to our destination safe and sound!
My id is stolen, and so wouldn't let me on the bus, no humanity left in this world, so disappointed . Had an old missing person report out on me and because of this refused help. Had the manager spoke to the police where report was issued he would have found that it had been resolved. So upset can not recommend this bus line to anyone.
This was my first experience with Rider Express and I plan to use this service again. Both station and bus staff were very friendly and the bus left and arrived on time. With onboard wifi, bathroom, reclining seats, and non-stop service between Calgary and Red Deer, the trip was comfortable, quick and very cost efficient.
At first I was skeptical if it is safe for drop off and pick up. But then it was very convenient. I feel safe and comfortable. The price was also very affordable.
The driver asked for directions to the centex station and stopped in the middle of memorial drive while asking a passenger to open up google maps on his personal cell phone.
The service from the driver was not good enough. We were delayed due to poor preparation of the driver to fix the issue with the bus, hence the avoidable delay.
Your policy on Cannabis also feels like a stretch of authority. I dont smoke. I dont think a bus company should have any jurisdiction on wether people use this medicine or not.
