Overall experience was great but the driver got a i little short with a young girl and her service dog on our way from Amherst to Dartmouth but other then that it was great
Bus driver from Dartmouth to Amherst has absolutely no people skill...treated people like he was hearing a pack of animals...a simple hello and acknowledging customers can go a long way...he complained to the other bus driver in earshot of passengers that we weren’t cooperating with his request- which was not true- he asked to see electronic tickets and then passed right by me even though I had my hand up to show him...I think he sincerely didn’t see me because lots were on bus...but he missed 3 people and then started complaining about all of us...this guy should not be in the people transfer business- he should be transferring animals for a living
