We arrived 30 minutes before and when the bus arrived it was already full i had paid in full for two adults and 2 children but they told us we have to get off and wait for the next one the next bus arrived after 30 minutes and it wasn’t intercity express Along the way the driver made only one stop for 15 minutes nothing more and he kept going back and forth like he ddnt know the actual route he was supposed to take It really was a nightmare

The bus driver was very rude. took in an old lady who missed her bus to uMthatha, meaning the bus was overloaded with one passenger. said old lady made one of the younger male passengers stand up for her. driver refused to let him sit in the seat by the door so he stood from Park station to Montrose. The charging ports were only on at stops.
