It was bad we had a Tyre punch in lensburg going to queenstown had to wait for more than an hour.the intercape bus drivers were rude to the passengers .bud 8109.it didn't make the time of arrival. It was bad as a result I missed an interview because of being late from queenstown to cape town.
Am not traveling with that bus again
I booked 2 tickets for a bus that was supposed to take of at 2 from cape town to queenstown and when I got to the bus station at past 1 I was told that the bus was canceled and I had to wait 4 hours to get the one that left at 6
I’ve got very bad experience about ilula bus the bus firstly didn’t arrive on time to Cape Town n we were informed later about the delay secondly we were stucked in Cradock the whole day we had to take our own money for transport from cradock to Queenstown
the bus arrives 2 hours late in queenstown. the drivers refused to turn on heater. it was terrible i ended up being late at work. in each stop people would leave and take up to 25 minutes to come back
We almost lost our lives as the driver was driving on the mountain he kept on overtaking other vehicles on the one way road as he was overtaking a big truck was approaching by God's grace the truck behind us made the way for us. I hope and pray that this doesn't happen in future. It was a traumatic experience as i was traveling with my sister and my daughter. The moment we enter the bus we trust the bus will ensure our safety until we arrived to the destination
The bus arrived 2 hours late. It was overbooked so we were moved to another bus which was of inferior quality. That bus broke down outside Bellville and we had to wait for over 3 hours for another bus. The was zero communication from the bus stuff. Definitely my worst travel experience.
Honestly the experience was okay but kindly look into fixing the chairs on the bus and getting customer friendly helpers as well. So that would make the customers journey smooth
Nearly missed my bus due to a gentleman (not any of the drivers) who sent me from the bus (was ready to embark onto it except for my luggage)"to go inside" when there was no need. Eventually I got to the bus again but got shouted at because "I'm late".
I find that the managers of ilula bus they don't care about the passengers because bus came very late not even an explanation as to why the bus was hours late.
Such a horrible bus - bus came a day later we slept at the Cape Town station- and when the bus finally arrived it was not iLula bus it was written BM bus - they had to sweep the bus while we were packing our clothes 🤮
