Rating: 1/5 The driver was extremely rude and inconsiderate. When Londeka boarded the bus with her 2-year-old child while carrying their hand luggage, the driver immediately became irritated and shouted at them to sit down quickly because he wanted to leave. The child was already upset and crying when they boarded, and the driver's aggressive tone only made the situation worse. Instead of showing patience or offering assistance while they found their seats and got settled, he chose to raise his voice at a mother traveling with a young child. This behavior was unprofessional, lacked empathy, and created a very unpleasant experience. We are extremely disappointed with this trip and hope the company addresses this kind of conduct to ensure other passengers are treated with more respect and consideration.

The experience was not very good. The driver failed to check whether all passengers who were supposed to get off the previous stop actually did get off. He took off with passengers who were supposed get off on the previous stop and claimed it was their fault , they shouldn't have slept. That is unacceptable, its his responsibility to check, and make sure.
