Very terrible, I don’t pray in my life time to enter Flixbus again. I was left under open cold for four hours for a journey under ten hours what a shame.

The spare bus arrived early at Victoria. If your bus had carried us all through, I'm confident that it would arrive early as the spare bus.

Having to stop over to stretch our legs and get breakfast

The bus came late and upon on top of that, there was no decorum in the Bus. Had some troublesome guys in Bus that were so rowdy from Newcastle to London. Kai, it was unbearable to even sleep for one second 🥺🥺🥺

Firstly the bus 50mins late making us miss all schedule transport too. Secondly the bus so hot that some of us had to put off our shirt the fan put on wasn't blowing well. Thirdly megabus needs to do more on quality of service provided to its customers and bus arrangements the bus seat as no leg room Fourthly no sockets available in the bus for over 7 hours trip. Fifth no WiFi available in the bus

Have more tissues paper in the toilet 🚽 . Text message to the intending travelers about the bus 🚌 delay in departure times. I had to wait another 45 minutes in the cold ❄️ before my bus came by 11:15pm
