I usually enjoy my trips on the e-bus and I certainly have no issues with their policies but my trip home was a disaster and I was embarrassed and humiliated by a staff member I don’t hold the e-bus accountable for this experience but I hope to god I never have to deal with this particular woman again I plan to write a letter to the office in Calgary
Bus never came! I waited for over 3 hours!!! No emails no calls no nothing. I had to wait on hold for just under an hour to talk to someone only for them to say it was just canceled. and I can't even get a bus ride out to the airport in time anymore to see my family on Christmas day! Weather sucks I know but I wish they emailed or called to tell us it was canceled.
Zero communication with passengers, waited 2 hrs, in bus, at the end they said , we have to wait for new driver to take over.
