I arrived at 7:00 to the terminal and was not allowed to board my bus. They made me buy a new ticket because they said the “bus had left”. I was confused, but purchased a new ticket. When I arrived to the terminal, the bus that had supposedly left was sitting in the terminal lot, people still boarding. Not sure why I had to pay twice, but I was very disappointed!
