Bus arrived at gas station and driver said that departure is at 19:55 (I asked several times to confirm). When I got back from the toilet it was 19:45 and I saw bus already left. Driver just forgot me and another 2 persons at the gas station. We had to run to get into the bus and hopefully we did it. The driver even didn’t say « sorry ».

The heater on the Bus wasn't working for 6 hours of the trip this oversight should have been handled by the company

Staff were great, boarding was easy and we arrived early with no issues. However, the bus seats were very uncomfortable, and the vinyl material was so slippery it was difficult to find a good sitting position. Our window was squeaking very loudly at every bump as well. The wifi was awful. It's hard to believe with the prices we pay for these bus trips is 2024, the wifi is that bad. Keeps disconnecting, sometimes just unavailable

I am comfortable knowing that there are cameras on the bus,the waiting period between stops are too long i guess its because not too many people are traveling now,other than that the driver was very kind and helpful, I enjoyed the trip

Great! It's so much better than Greyhound! I will pay the extra to be on Trailways and not on Greyhound. Your company should sever ties with Greyhound/Flixbus. They offer mediocre service.

I have been using Adirondack Trailways for several years now and was my first choice in transport. The drivers are always super friendly compared to the competition. But on this trip I noticed that the chairs were replaced. Head, neck support was poor, and being 6 foot 2 in height, the chairs were squeezed closer. Good thing I was sitting alone, as I could not close my legs and would have invaded my neighbours space. Behind me, i could feel the other passenger knees as she moved around. On an eight hour ride. Not comfortable

The bus left on time (after the driver gave us a little brief of the trip ahead, which I had rarely encountered in other bus trips) and arrived 2 hours early. It was a smooth and comfortable ride, with a very pleasant driver. Definitely recommend as the best cross border form of transport from MTL->NY

Absolutely horrifying... it was around 40 to 42 degrees in the bus because the AC broke down and the electric plugs didn't work until halfway through thr trip when we requested a reboot of the electric box. This bus should have never passed inspections because there is so much that's wrong with it. We were all drenched in sweat and had trouble breathing from the heat, some started to feel dizzy and came close to fainting.

We were over an hour late at the arrival, beside the US border custom control the driver made only 1 stop. His driving was dangerous

Train was on time and there was a good amount of room on board. Wifi on my phone was a little finnicky. The connection wasn't stable the whole ride but I managed.

At first it was nice, then we kept being delayed... And ended up on NYC at almost midnight instead of ten
