The seat was so tight that my arms were very uncomfortable for the 4-hr ride. I’m not tall enough for my elbows to be above the arm rests in a comfortable position.

Seat was designed for legs to lift up and couldn't adjust off partial reclining position - was uncomfortable as a result - no back support. No room for small bags as a result. Foul smell from the rear bathroom from start of trip to finish and it wasn't very clean. Bus was not marked as Chihuahuenses so was hard to find and mysteriously left 10 min early right after we boarded so worried we might have missed it. Futura buses are much more comfortable.
