Bus broke down and was theee hours late. Staff did not know what time so just had to sit there. Washroom was filthy and disgusting
Not there fualt traffic was heavy. First driver was good shift change to second driver wasn't impressed with how thing were dealt with.
Th reservation was made on line with no problems. The bus was on time departing and arriving. The driver explained to us what to do at the border. The bus was clean and a comfortable temperature.
It was an amazing way to travel EVERYTING was perfect except Border inspection which seemed very aggressive with everyone not greyhounds fault. Loved the designated colored seating for each destination. So many people have terrible ideas about the service preconceived it’s really been a treat
Bus was too late for departure from Toronto and arrival at detroit. Driver was driving too slow in clear atmosphere.
On time and comfortable bus. Corteous and safe drivers. Information servicesat the station in Detroit could have been more informative and ubderstanding of the needs of a person not familiar withvyhe city.
Staff 100 % Bus has broke down on the US/CAN border and was late for +2 hours
We r seniors. In the way between london and Detroit the bus was broken and we wait almost 3 hours until another bus come to take all the people. We stay outside the bus no seat in the broken bus was hot. The driver said the new bus will come emidiatly and nothing. We were very upset. We late to a meetingand this was terible.
The bus was clean but our bus driver made an unplanned stop at Tim Hortons that made our bus even more delayed.
It was a quick trip and arrived on time. I’ll be traveling with Greyhound again soon.
Greyhound had not scheduled a driver for the second half of our trip from London Ontario to Detroit. Customer service was non-existent despite this mishap.
The driver was solid. The trip wasnt bumpy at all (left at 1am so some sleep was definetly appreciated). The trip was delayed, however, as we arrived 1 hour late. It did not affect me negatively but there was a delay.
Good! The Lady who drove the Bus was extremely enthusiastic and energetic! The Experience at the Customs was also warm and friendly!
Seats are not comfortable. Even the accessible seats are also very tight leg spaces. Microphone was not working. Finally, ended the trip at Windsor station instead of coming to Detroit.
AC was not working, got overheated. Bus late by 1.5 hours. Bus smelled, no wifi. Terrible
