Almost missed yesterday bus because I was in the Vancouver bus depot and Rider Express loads outside the front of terminal. No signage no warning call. It's marked on email attachment ticket but not prominent
Huge delay (3hr) due to snowfall, but apart from that very pleasant and comfortable journey. Wifi included which was awesome!
