The trip itself wasn’t bad but upon getting do the stop I got an email saying the bus is arriving 45-60 minutes later and not to leave, the bus came 1hr and 40 minutes later with no explanation. I had planned to do something things in the city before heading home but every thing was closed, they should have advised that customers should expect delays of up to a 1hr -2hrs if it’s a regular occurrence.
