Bus Tickets from Yorkdale Bus Terminal to Ottawa

Ontario Northland has to know who they are jointly working .Busbad are scamining customers by hacking and missing leading Customers through web booking!

I didn't nake it to the journey because it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the station is inside the building. I was waiting outside

The sears on the mega bus are painfully uncomfortable. I’ve tried sitting on jackets, moving my seat position, bringing back support, but I am always in pain after about 30 minutes of sitting. The other bus we switched too did not have this issue

The ride was smooth and bus was spacious. However the delays were really frustrating, and the 2 hour layover didn't make sense for a 5 hour trip. We got to Ottawa almost at midnight when it was supposed to be arrival at 10:40.

I had a very disappointing experience with Maple Bus during my trip from Toronto to Ottawa. I arrived at the exact pickup location nine minutes before the scheduled departure time (3:21 PM), yet the bus was nowhere to be found. I waited until 3:45 PM with no sign of the bus. When I contacted the company, the customer service representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. She claimed that the bus had arrived twenty minutes early and left five minutes after the scheduled time, which was completely untrue. I requested to be accommodated on the next bus, but she refused and told me I could “catch the bus from Oshawa” instead—despite the fact that Oshawa is an hour away from Toronto. She insisted it was my fault. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said he was “busy” and would call me later, then hung up on me before I could finish speaking. This was incredibly disrespectful. I attempted to call back seven times, and each time she recognized my voice, she immediately hung up. I was standing outside in -10°C weather, trying to get assistance. When I used my friend’s phone, she answered, but as soon as I told her I was the same customer looking for the bus, she hung up again—the eighth time. I finally reached another number and spoke with the manager, who was polite, apologized on her behalf, and booked me on the next available trip without any extra charge. While I appreciate the manager’s professionalism, the behavior of the customer service agent was completely unacceptable. She showed a shocking lack of respect and professionalism, and it left me with a very negative impression of the company. Because of this experience, I do not think I will use Maple Bus again in the future.

My experience was great. Jesse was my driver he was on time and he was very respectful and a funny guy too .

The bus was thirty minutes late and the heater was blasted so high that my leather boots shrunk a size.
