My trip was good, the bus arrived on time, the drivers kept switching for safe journey as it was a long trip

I've always used intercape mainline and experience is very good always enjoyed service

The bus was 2 hours late that’s very disappointing for Intercape and I like the fact that the bus stopped once for refreshing

The Bus was late and it also wasted time at one of the stops on my way to my destination

The drivers were rude. The bus ride was a sheer nightmare! I was supposed to arrive in Bloemfontein at 22:05, but I arrived at 02:05😡😤

It was horrible and it has been like that it’s just that was giving it a second chance,I was not impressed by the treatment from the drivers switching on the aircorn while it’s cold even midnights,and they don’t talk nicely with us as customers

Poor service. Will never book the bus again. Staff needs proper training more especially communication skills

The bus stuck between Queenstown and Jamestown. Suppose we arrived at 01:55 at Bloemfontein but ended up arriving at 04:35. Very bad shame

The bus was breaking down and most people there paid half the bus price as I did. The bus was even linking nje when it rains the water enters. It was smelling. Had no windows and AC. Someone people were standing as the bus was full. I am very disappointed

I enjoyed my trip as it was my first time using the bus I was really not sure about it I was taking chances so thanks to Vilamora bus drivers for being nice and approachable. They made my trip much easier and enjoyable.

This was my worst bus experience. I waiting for 3 hours in Mthatha, only to be told that I will be fetched by another bus then transferred into mine when I get to Queenstown. I then waited for another 3 hours when I got to Queenstown. When the bus finally arrived, the journey wasn’t smooth as we would casually stop in towns for no specific reason.
