Absolutely terrible. I had a layover in Houston, 3 hours. There is no terminal, it’s an empty parking lot in the middle of downtown!! And the bus driver?? He left someone at one of the random stops because he was a minute late getting on the bus!!! He was a complete jerk. Wouldn’t answer questions. Told one of the Spanish speaking riders to go learn how to communicate with him in English. absolutely disgusting and the outlets either didn’t work or he didn’t cut them on. No power the entire ride to Baton Rouge. Let me be clear. This is the bus that went from Houston to Baton Rouge. The ride from Austin to Houston was fine.

everything was fine My bus from Houston to Baton Rogue was sooooo cold. I asked the driver once if he could make the temp. just some warmer. He said "yes, but it never felt any different to me. Most passengers kept on sweaters & jackets, and, at stops, nearly all agreed, it was just "too cold." Other than this issue, I was very pleased with my bus trip.
