I did not go to Atlantic due to the cancellation of the event due to the virus outbreak. I submitted a request for a voucher to no avail.I feel as though I just threw money away. I,m not happy!!

Bus going was over crowed. Had to put people off. Wasn't his fault... but he made up time. Bus going back to Philadelphia 5 stars
The ride was fine once on the bus waiting for the bus is the only problems I experienced..
The staff was awesome. First time I ride Greyhound in many many many years. They were nice and helpful. Our driver was horrible. She was rude to the passengers and was dismissive and argumentative when they complained about the heat. I sat in the front and was hot, the back of the bus was miserably hot the entire ride. From the moment we got on the bus, her lecture of all the rules felt mean spirited along with her threat to toss us off the bus if anyone was eating anything caught from the sea. She also told someone who walked up and asked for AC that if he didn't like it he could choose another route. Her nastiness on the microphone when people were talking in NORMAL voices was palatable. We did have a very quiet ride, besides the heat. She did finally adjust the temperature knob, but it didn't change anything as no air was coming out. She kept telling people to open their vents and refused to address the temperature until we got to AC. Then proceeded to make excuses and act like she was surprised how hot it really was. I was impressed with how polite, though angry everyone was in the back of the bus. Sadly, I felt like the passengers were treated like trash.
Even though the bus was late to leave Philly, the staff was very courteous and had us informed of the bus schedule problem. Moreover when the bus did come, the bus driver was Superb very polite, super good driver and took us to Atlantic City without any problem and we all had a very smooth ride. I am very satisfied with the trip.
Bus was late because of several big events around the terminal area. The only issue that I had was that it was my first time on bus to AC and I did not know that there were several stops IN AC closer to my destination than the AC Terminal. I also was not aware that a voucher for $$ at casino was attached, so I missed that. Hopefully this info will help other travelers. Peace.
Our bus never came. We had to go to New Jersey transit
Good trip overall
I do Greyhound twice in one month's time and both the time it was delayed
The bus was late to arrive in Philadelphia and therefore the bus was late to arrive to Atlantic City. On the bus the seats weren't available because one seat was pulled up to close and no one can get in it
Great driver, friendly and helpful station workers, all very good.
Need to hire more workers for lines to move faster.
I was very disappointed that I had to wait almost a hour and a half , after my alleged departure time .. which messed up all my plans and inconvenienced me. I was very upset ! I’m probably never taking greyhound again.
I understand that Buses can run late, but staff needs to show compassion and up their customer service and exercise patience rather than taking a defensive posture.
Good ride. Station a bit crowded but understandably so.
Delayed almost 3/4 h, unfriendly driver, we had to store our heavy luggage ourselves in the bus while the driver was watching, very old bus without seatbelts
The bus smelled of urine
The bus trip was nice. Not a major delay at all. The driver was really nice and cool. We got there in very good time. I would definitely ride with Greyhound again.
Second time attempting to travel with u guys.never again
The driver was very nice and polite but the bus needs cleaning
On-time, friendly driver, but not very well organized at the Greyhoud station.
the bus was clean and fast 😊
There is nothing to comply!
