I felt very safe and comfortable with the driver's skills. At one time she pulled over to go to the back of the bus to speak to a passenger who had been loudly talking the whole trip and it was nice to have some quietness after that

I don't have any complaints the bus was running abit behind but we still made it to our destination safe and sound that's all that counts.

I needed to cancel my bus ticket. Unfortunately it was less than 24 hrs to boarding. I would like to suggest a 12 hour cancellation policy. Afterall - it's a simple bus!!

Need better buses, not comfortable for long distance

It was cold and I ask the bus driver to put the heat on. He did so and was very nice about it. He even said that if it got too hot he would turn it down.

I was shocked to find my 5 yr old son was same price as me! I don’t drive I have epilepsy and used Uber to get to the terminal. I never got to the terminal on time, we missed the bus. Now I’m even more shocked that I can’t just take the next bus. I have to pay another 136.00$ , so all together I spent $180.00 and I’m at home! With a very disappointed 5 yr old.

Comparable to bus trips on Greyhound/Grey Coach.

It is quite annoying that the driver chooses to commandeer the first seat behind the driver's seat for their stuff. That seat is designated for either disabled persons or as an extra seat when the bus is crowded. Well, the bus was full and people were having to take seats wherever they could find them and some passengers with an open seat next to them, are less than accommodating. It's as if the seat behind the driver, was completely off limits for anyone but the driver's belongings and she was pretty clear about that seat being unavailable. There is a stowaway luggage compartment above that seat, for belongings. What's wrong with the driver using that?! This is unacceptable on a crowded bus. My wife was becoming very uncomfortable near the middle to end of the trip and has a disability, even though it is not obvious. She could have used that seat to stretch out a bit sideways or lie down, but seeing as there was this off-limits attitude about the seat, she did not ask and just suffered. Bus companies really need to change whatever foolish policies they have about this particular seat. If someone even more disabled than my wife had boarded, she would have gladly given up the seat, were she even allowed to use it. Aside from that, the driver seemed quite pleasant and helpful to passengers. Let me make it clear, that I do not blame the driver at all for this. This has been common practice for many years and all drivers do it. We don't have any issues with the driver whatsoever, she was actually very nice (helpful to customers and wishing everyone a happy new year). It's just this universal practice of commandeering the seat directly behind the driver. It's very annoying and sometimes this seat is needed. I get that it may be related to driver safety, but c'mon! The buses are great and we love the available Wifi, the option to plug in electronic devices, the comfortable seating and cleanliness of the bus and how nice and warm it was in this cold weather. Everything was fine, aside from this one problem with seating.
