I enjoyed punctuality and polite driver but this time the bus Wifi wasn't on but I used my data
There was no wifi on the bus and my phone recently broke so for the entire ride, I wasn’t able to use my laptop to contact any of my family To pick me up. I also wasn’t able to entertain myself for the full 6 hour ride.
We were booked for 2:15 am .it turned out that there was NO DRIVER !!! We couldn't get another bus until 24 hrs later ! It's such a long story but obviously VERY disappointed and would like compensation for such a nightmare !!!
