The bus it was not the premium tipe, the seats and the catering was not the best, even when I pay for a premium trip, the bathroom was dirty also when is a premium trip the bus driver stop to drop some trash and the azafata took a time for a smoke. I am really disappointed. I pay 62€ for a trip in a 30 something € trip. I will like to get some reinvesting, I pay for the premium becuases I took my mother which is 70 plus years old and have some difficulty. I have to write a complaint...
ALSA have great Bus drivers and I travelled on Saturday the 20th July 2019 from San Sabastin to Madrid, and Madrid to Benidorm and I have to say there was a small fair hair lady and she was wonderful she’d do the work of two men, she was driving the 10am Bus from San Sabastin to Madrid on Saturday 20th July 2019. A great Company, I travel with them every year on holiday in Spain.
Everything went according to the schedule. However, this is our third trip with Alsa and on all three occasions we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets on the bus.
Staff did not speak any English, also did not want to accommodate for anyone who spoke English. Rude and disregarded our questions. We were not told in advance that we were needed to vacate the bus one stop earlier and was rudely gestured to leave without any information about what was happening and how we would reclaim our luggage. It would be helpful if there was at least a recorded announcement in English explaining what passengers have to do.
Could not get wifi working on a 5.5hr journey as I could not access ALSA's email in GMAIL .... because I was not connected to the internet. I was not alone with this issue and the on-board instruction sticker was obscured by another Alsa sticker. Pretty hopeless in this day and age.
No room to take anything on board - even a small backpack. Bus was late leaving and late arriving. Sears not that roomy or comfortable. We expected more from premium bus.
Given the majority of passengers were English speaking it would be great to have some announcements in another language even if this is on the bus screen so as we know the time for the break and where we are
Very smooth journey. Love to do more travel in future. Would definitely recommend to my friends when they travel to Spain. The host girl on the bus was excellent 10/10 👍👍 thank you
