Terrible the bus was broke down for 4 hours. We were on the bus freezing on the side of the road waiting for another bus and assistance. New Jersey police had to come transfer us one by one in their car at target until the new greyhound bus arrived.
Greyhound is good I never had any problems on the bus or with the staff ,people on the bus just need to keep their mask on.

The drive was ok but I had no leg room and the bus was way to hot
Staff treated me like garbage. I will never ride another Greyhound again.
This time is My worst bus trip ever.

the driver is excellent. but my only complaint is the bus itself. it is smell and old and broken. I have taken grey hound many times, this one is the worse condition car.

My wife and Granddaughter Greyhound bus was scheduled to leave at 10:40 pm.They both had to wait plus the other passengers for four hours to leave Cleveland at 2:35 am.And I paid $184.98 And the majority of the times I have gone on the Greyhound it's been bad.

Bus never showed up. 2nd time in a row! Would give 0 zero stars if possible. Horrible service
I booked a ticket 24 hours in advance and my son was unable to get on. The bus left - full - but there was still almost another busload of people waiting! How such a professional company can mess up so badly is beyond me! So instead of my son coming home before the weekend, he will have to comw home after the weekend. Our family is very disappointed!

Was told to wait at wrong door by employee, so although I arrive 2 hrs prior & was 1st in line, I ended up one of the last to board. The bus was not full,so had 2 seats to myself, but they were not comfortable & the power plug was lose & it was hard to recharge my phone. The bus driver was absolutely excellent - professional & inspired confidence that he'll do his job well & he did.

Legroom not nearly enough for me... And also seats are to narrow (i am tall bat not very wide)
Bus was 3 hours late very disappointed
The staff in Cleveland leave a lot to be desired. The driver of the bus Lewis, was awesome and safe. The journey itself was delayed by over 7 hours due to the bad weather but that isn't in their control. Staff in New York were very helpful even though it wouldn't hurt them to maybe smile at the passengers.
needs improvement in New York Station- All other stations are "well-kept"

The absolute worst experience. The bus outlets and WiFi did not work as advertised. The bus smelled like piss. Very upset with my service.
