I love traveling with Greyhound drivers are very friendly, on time and more organized in terms of handling our luggages and checking before departing any stops
The bus was overheating driver had to stop for more then 30 minutes.Drivers passed petrol stations where's we needed the toilet . Windows not opening .The heater was on and very warm.It was an uncomfortable journey.
The air conditioner should not be that freezing, we understand it can’t be hot for the sake of the driver but at the same time being it that cold for +- 18hours
Our bus overheated more than once and we're subjected to very hot interior Temps. A bus doesn't just start overheating like this one.
With not bring on time we didn't stop at proper facilities to forfil our dietary needs as would have been fine if we were on time and stopped at the normal stops.
I won't be using eagleliner/intercity again, as it was my first time, as I use usually Greyhound or interface sleepiness and never had an issue out of maybe 20 trips iv done return
It's a good bus, but the time of arriving at your destination is not always the same as they estimate. I'm late for my flight from Johannesburg to Kenya, as the bus went to stuck with us as passengers last night and is still driving with us, but we were supposed to 08:30 in Johannesburg already as the bus left Port Elizabeth yesterday 15:30
I was suppose to arrive in Jhb at 7:15 but I arrived at 10:00 I missed my interviews. The drivers picked a wrong passenger for no reason at Velkom then along the way we had to drive back and deliver that passenger to her bus to Dbn. The drivers did not inform us we just saw the bus turning. I felt like we were treated like kids.
I would never ever recommend this bus company to anyone else. my 14 hours trip this weekend turned into 50 hours trip literally. was in the bus from friday till today.
The arrival time was not an issue with me. Overall I am very impressed with the service given by all your staff. Especially the two drivers Jonas and Paul. They were very helpful, polite and friendly. I am imoressed
I will never make use of that bus service again. Bus sounded like a truck that was going to fall apart at any stage. It was as if we were driving in an open canopy vehicle to whole night. Was even thinking that I will ended up having frostbite in the morning at the end of my journey the way the cold icy wind was seeping
through the windows. Was my worst experience on a bus and every person I talked about after my trip and made use of the bus service before, had nothing positive too say regarding the bus company. All their buses should be replaced, really.
Always a pleasure booking a seat on the bus its comfortable and affordable it's my pleasure to promote the business to all my friends and the public thanks
The bus got stuck.. we arrived in JHB at 11:30 instead of 8am. Lights needs to be switched. Eldo has a tendency of not keeping time. They need to maintain their buses, they can't carry on like this
