I did not enjoy my trip with this company and this particular bus. Firstly, the bus collected us later than it should have. Than, the bus hardly stopped and when it did, it stopped in highly inappropriate places. Secondly, our bus tickets weren't checked and our luggage weren't booked and marked. Thirdly, there were passengers smoking dagga and drinking alcohol. They disrespected the bus drivers and made the drive very unpleasant.Passengers should respect people on duty at all times. No matter what position. Such people should be checked and kicked off... Probably held by police. Fourthly, the bus smelled like butt, arm pits and who knows what other smells and people don't know about air conditioning and opening windows.Fithly... The drivers didn't inform us of where we were each time we stopped in a big city of town. Which was very unprofessional. Such things should be implemented. And number 6th...i missed my second bus from jhb to witbank cause your bus services was delayed but stupid, silly teenagers. I would not take or recommend your services ever again. Utmost disgust and unpleasantry.

Big Sky is the best, it is better than Inter cape and intercity. The bus is vey neat. Though it was scheduled to arrive in Jhb at 08h15, it arrived @ 08h29. It is better compared intercape and intercity. What I like the most is the route the bus used. Where ever we stopped the bathrooms were neat and in a good condition at each stops.
