Everything was excellent from customer service desk to the drivers. The only thing I didn't like, when they gave me those slips, they never explain to me that they gave the bus nr from those slips, I nearly missed the bus, while I arrived @ 16:00 pm at park station. But by God's grace I didn't miss it.

Nothing I enjoy. Your open the window ..wind blow us ..when i ask to close the window he said he don't want to sleep..toilets smelling all over the bus .no heart we freeze whole night

The bus was late and it was raining there is no office at ultra city , before we reached Johannesburg we were moved to another bus we shaped and as a result I lost all my cosmetics again on my way back to mtata I took the same bus departure time was 19:30 and the bus was 3hours late am still on the was pity I missed my interview which was at 10:00 am , if I knew I could have taken another bus, I will never ever book the apm again

My bus Departure was at 1:30pm but it came around 4pm.. the bus stopped for 1 hr as the driver crashed into another car and still I haven't reach to my destination and I have lost my flight as well

There was absolutely nothing to enjoy about the trip, what irritated me worse was your selfish employees, they made me pay R150 for extra luggage but along the way people had more luggages than mine but they didn't pay a penny, to a point the luggage compartment was full some passengers had to board with their luggages. I'm never using intercity again in the near future good luck with your old buses.

The condition of the bus is very bad, the charging ports are not working. It kept breaking down and it was a scary experience because this happened at night until early morning. Imagine being stuck in the middle of nowhere in these dangerous times. The bus definitely needs to be changed for the safety of passengers as we pay at the end of the day. We were delayed by 2 hours.

The service was very poor, the bus brake down between mthatha and mont elif from 21:00 until 02:40 in the morning without getting help.driver tried to call the office for help but they keep on telling him lies, by saying the mechanic and another bus is on the way.but the bus only arrived after 6 hours. This was going to be my first time with this bus but instead when I got to the station they gave us Luvalo bus and nothing was explained as to what has happened and why was the bus changed. The bus got stuck in the middle of nowhere at 2am for 5 hours. I am still on my way to Johannesburg now. I am very disappointed with the service
