The bus ride was too long there were to many stops. I bus was supposed to arrive at 8 and it arrived around 11. There were cockroaches on the bus.
The bad experience was the charging were not operational and had to put phone off
The bus was 35 mins late, the seats are too small, the drivers drove very slowly on purpose and it arrived in JHB 2 hours later than the set time. We plan our travelling and so we depend on the information provided when selecting which buses to take but they did not seem to care about us commuters.

I had a very bad experieqnce was bad the bus was 3 hours late , it didnt have charging portals it was way too cold. I missed an interview because they didn't stick to time
i did not enjoy anything. It was my first time using this bus and was delayed by 2 and half hours from Umtata. And we were taken by another bus to Shell Ultra. From there we were taken out of that bus in Queenstown to another bus with lots of people going to Cape Town. those people who were going to pretoria left stranded at the park station to look for their own transport because the driver told us that he felt sleepy/drousy so he couuld not drive as far as pretoria. Never ever use your bus again anymore

The bus was supposed to departure at 1:30pm and it departed at 4pm. And lastly the other bus was broken and we had as passengers to improvise and sit as fours in the bus
