I had the worst experience of my life. I don’t want to even speak. We arrived early and waited for more than an hour we weren’t attended. Delta employees were so rude to us and when the bus finally arrived we were told it is full. They asked Jacob coaches to occupy us, bus that is in a very bad condition no working charging portal. Dirty inside and very chaotic with disrespectful drivers. The bus would stop for more than 30 minutes and anywhere. Our safety was very much compromised. We used our monies to travel from Queenstown to Mthatha. Tried to call delta coaches we didn’t get any assistance. I’m disappointed in bus bus to work with such an incompetent company that undermines people.
