The bus seats were really uncomfortable the back rests were broken, the seating pad was coming off, there was no toilet, and only 2 stops for refreshments, the bus was very uncomfortable
The bus broke down at Mzimkhulu where we had to wait for 3 hours before the mechanic came. There’s only one driver and that’s very risky.
When the bus broke down, the driver didn’t even address us as passengers until few individuals went out to see why are we stopping for that long.
Very poor Service..we were supposed to leave at 18:30 but we left at 21:00. The worst part I'd they brought two busses that are having a mechanical issues. I so dissatisfied and disappointed 😞
It was a bad experience the staff is so rude and the fact that we were moved for our bus to another bus and thebdriver of that bus refused to put us in our known destination
The bus was abnormally late 2 half hours late. The driver/s was entertaining people who were drinking and making noise in the bus. It was difficult to sleep peacefully.
Have an option where, one can call when they are 2 minutes late to catch the bus, I was late with 5 minute to the station and I found out the buss had left they were still busses they didn't put me to the other bus to catch mine, intercape they make sure they certify their customers. 15 minutes late u know u can still catch their bus
The bus took time to check in customers, we waited 1h30 to get inside the bus, they did not check tickets, my luggage got wet I don't know how, there's serious lack of communication
Actually my bus never arrived at mtata,we met the umzimvubu cops then they said the bus must go back to Johannesburg cause we didn't have the right permit
Departure area was not safe, was stopped by police saying it was taken off the road a long time ago,we were taken off the bus and had to wait for another one to pick us up and the drop off was not the one on the ticket, they dropped us in their own place far from the one on the ticket
My booking was canceled by APM stating that the bus I have booked wasn't suppose to be online because it doesn't exist and they never gave me back my money.
The drivers do not communicate they just stop in random places where they wait for their friends to hop in. We kept on exchanging buses with luggage even and nobody to help us carry it. The charging portals were not working.
The bus kept on having stops that are not on the bus route and the driver didnt bother informing us as to why we making these stops.Resulted in the bus being 4hrs late
One of our bus drivers was not fully qualified for driving pupils. He kept asking for directions from the passengers and we also got lost at night on our way to Aliwal North and even blamed us for being lost and late since ‘we didn’t give him directions’.
The budget bus is not suitable for long distance because the chairs are too small and compact giving a very much uncomfortable experience for a long distance. I arrived at Mthatha with a paining body. It may be better for school kids, not adults.
The bus was using an odd route and stop every 30 minutes. The bus stops to those small garages where we had to pay in order to use the bathroom. I was so exhausted, I've never traveled 18 hours from Mthatha to Johannesburg or from Johannesburg to Mthatha.
It was my first time using Delta coaches and I will never ever in my life time use it again. What a bad experience in it. The bus was not in roadworthy condition. It was noisey like we are traveling with tractor. If I receive a call I can't hear because the is a lot of noise. When we were at Venterburg we change it. Wooow the second one it was worse. The windows were broken. All the cold from outside gets in. We were like traveling with using fridge. The cold in it was unbearable.
When we where approaching Mthatha around Ncise location the bus stopped due to lack of diesel. I was forced to call some to come and pick me up.
A whole R540 that I have paid was just waisted because I couldn't reach destination.
The trip was bad.
Firstly I booked for citiliner but I was put on a old greyhound bus which was very dirty. The driver was speeding like crazy even when told to slow down he didn't.
