Didn't enjoy the fact that they delayed with 1 hour and the toilet wasn't working as I was traveling with toddler,they had to stop on the road ,besides that there's nothing more,1 last thing wasn't happy about it's stickers, they must make sure that they have stickers for traveling bags

The bus was supposed to depart Durban station by 21:30 and it ended up leaving at 22:30 the guy from office was rude to us saying their bus always leave after 22:00 cz the company did not pay a loading bay and will have to wait for the gap after 22:00 and worst part we were forced o load our bags pressurising us to make it fast. After all the bus was in good condition and the driver treated us with respect & dignity

The bus was very late (arrived at 23:57 instead of 22:30at Queenstown) and kept on stopping in random places (the open road). The drivers were playing loud music. The drivers were not in uniform.
