Most important was good driving so we arrived safely. Small things that could improve the trip: Check all seats for proper functioning, better regulation of the temperature in the cabin, and may I suggest that overweight people get seats next to the isle so the thinner ones can fit into theirs.
Intercape they don't care and make safe to they are customers especially me I got robbed by currupted police man where they took me in bus in johnesbeg and starting create a case so that I can be scared and give them money and as they planned I gave them R2000 but intercape bus they didn't protect me or ask why police come like that and take their client like that In short word poor service
The experience was good, until the toilet went out of order which caused a delay in the trip as we had to wait longer at a stop

I have a bad trip with intercity. The driver drove off and left my daughter at the garage .when the bus stops he did not announce anything then people got off to use the rest room .when he comes back inside the bus he just drove off .I thought he was just moving a bus to park right .but i realise he is driving off leaving people behind.then I got off and tell hemthat he is leaving my daughter behind .he was very rude and he told me that he does not have a child in the bus .I even threatened to get me off the bus .all I was doing is to ask him to stop.he eventually stopped 400 miters away from the garage running in the dark .it was very traumatizing. Ibrelly need this matter to be resolved AS soon because I had a bad experience with my trip .I was just wondering what is something happens to me at that time of the night while i was running at the middle of the road at 4am in the dark .who was going to take rensposible for that .or should have something happened to my 19old .
