Bus was booked for 18h45, we only got to board in at 19h50. It was up and down with luggages and the person I booked for was an elderly person. In out of buses as though there was no scheduled bus for the number.ber of pax booked. First bus was full quickly. Only the young ones who were able to run could get to the first bus. I must give compliment to your drivers, they really tried under difficult circumstances which I believe were out of their control. Your drivers are the best!

Your drivers estort money from passengers in the name of luggage must be paid . My own was a small traveling bag that weighed less than 20kg they were refusing me to enter inside the bus until I threatened to report them .3 my bus from queenstown was departing at 19:00 but for no reason mentioned to us we left queenstown at 22:00 . I was not happy at all.

Citilink provided it's passengers with a small uncomfortable bus. When booking the bus it stated that it has charging ports and a toilet but none of that were there, that bus is for short/distances as it has no arm rest

Then the assistant informed us of what was happening when the bus was in motion telling us a whole lot od irrelevant things. He was rude and dismissive. The level of lack of care was shocking. I do not think I will ever use these services again.
