We waited for four hours to get another bus after the one we boarded involved in a minor accident

It was horror, 2 hours late departure stop was in an unsafe place, hours of stops
I did not enjoy anything about the trip. The boarding of the bus was outside park station and it was communicated by the bus late. It departed 2 hours late. the bus was overbooked and the seats are very small. They charged for luggage and the conductors/drivers were very rude to us passengers. i will never travel with APMWC ever again.
The bus drivers didn’t no the directions the had to be helped by passengers the bus drove late, inside the bus there were people selling while we were boarding instead of selling outside

PLEASE GUYS I ADVISE AGAINST THIS COMPANY WITH ALL MY HEART!!! Unprofessional and don’t care about people’s times. Electric units don’t work. Scheduled times are never delivered and they act like it’s normal. Please read every other persons review and experience…they are not lying. A 12 hour drive all of a sudden became an 18 hour drive. On the way to the destination points these bus drives took wayyyyyyyyy to many stops even at ones where they weren’t even collecting/ dropping off people. Seemed like the drivers didn’t even know the routes even 😳 I cannot explain how bad that looked. Rather book with Intercape/Greyhound or something else believe me. Wish I could speak to a manager/director about this regard but guess what? These people don’t care about the people. 0.2 stars honestly- that 0.2 is only given because i was able to finally get off of that bus at the end. Terrible service - never have I seen such before. Please choose another bus service for your big trips for your own sakes
We departed an hour later, the bus stucked for 7 hours and kept on stopping on the way
The bus got to park station on time but for someone reason we were late to board and even got to port elizabeth behind Time. I like the fact that the charging port worked and the bus was warm.
