Bad, my nephew forgot his laggage in the bus when he arrived in Park Station from DBN, in all that mass he missed his connecting bus to PE because staff were not flexible to help us to a point now we're told the laggage is in Pretoria and it won't be reliesed without someone physically producing bus ticket. How though when we're based in The Eastern Cape 😥

Very uncomfortable, there were 3 guys coming in and out of the bus selling phone cables and they like tsotsi’s and also the driver was very rude.

I enjoyed the whole experience since it was my first time taking the eagleliner bus from Eastern Cape to Johannesburg and returning
One thing I didn't appreciate is the carelessness of the drivers allowing guys that sell cables and earphones inside the bus while the drivers were stading out side, we were very uncomfortable since four of the guys were walking around like they own the bus and asking us about the type of phones we using and how much money do we have they were too familiar it was just not nice.

The seats are not comfortable for long distance. We cannot adjust our seats because the space is too little, causing discomfort for the other person.

Very unprofessional, we didn’t know we had to pay for luggage coz the ticket includes a carry on bag and 1 checked in bag , that guy at park station was rude he wanted money , and told us we won’t get on the bus unless we pay , what if we didn’t have the money ?? He was negotiating with others , there was no tag or slip after paying . Unplanned costs 🚮never again APM

I had one of the worst experiences with APMWC. First of all the bus was supposed to depart at 18:00 PM on the 17th of January, they sent me an sms at 15:48 PM saying the times have a changed they'll be now departing at 19:30 PM. I got the bus station, we waited for the bus for hours! It only arrived at 21:00 PM with no apologies whatsoever. When we arrived in Queenstown on the 18th, the driver gave us a 10 minute break, only for him to leave us for an hour to go and take a shower. The whole experience was just terrible! I only got to my destination around 2PM. I was on the road for about 17 hours! Never booking with them again!

I didn’t enjoy anything, the bus was late sure but we were so uncomfortable with the chairs. Your bus is so small it doesn’t have space,i was sitting in a very uncomfortable position the whole night and day,i even thought of just sitting down on the floor but SPACE! it was even hard to move around because the passage is tiny. And the cockroaches 🪳?? They were having a party. I do not recommend APM at all. And I know i will never use that bus again, it was my first and last time. I am sick even know because i was sitting in uncomfortable position for more than 16 hours in stiff small chairs sharing with someone

The coaches were dirty, there were roaches around where I was sitting. We also had the cops stop us only to find out that there were drugs on the bus. I am disappointed in the service overall.

First the bus was an hour late with no communication as to how long the delay will be. Second the charging ports on the window seats weren't working. Third the driver *apparently he is new* took a wrong turn that made us arrive even later than scheduled. Overall a 0/10 experience
