Only suggestion is to remove two seat rows and give more leg room for all. I'm 5'8" and wasn't comfortable when person ahead leaned chair back and could not work or read well. I would pay $10 more for more space.
I got a bus ticket but what brought me to montreal was a van with about 6 or 7 other people in it. it was cramped and the driver did not drop us off at the usual bus stop on berri uqam, instead i had to walk about 10 minutes on berri to get there.
It was the first time I got on the Bus in Ottawa. There were no signs to guide me to the station. It was cold in the morning and it was uncomfortable to stand outside waiting for the Bus. In the future, it should be marked as waiting for the Bus departure 7:45 am is outside.
The trip from Ottawa to Montreal was great. The driver was friendly and nice. The only thing I would recommended would be improving the WiFi connection: it kept dropping during the trip. Other than that everything was great!
Unbelievable a trip from Ottawa back to Montreal took 3.5 hrs. I understand the traffic might happen but the fact that the driver took off late and drove somewhere in Ottawa to pick up another customer then had a break on the way were unacceptable. There was supposed to have NO stop in between
Directions to where to take the bus in Ottawa were not clear, the address provided, stating Via rail station A, were incorrect. It should be clearly indicated that it’s in fact right in front of the train station.
I was very satisfied. The driver did all he could to make up time but the construction and traffic made it impossible for him to be on Time. He was very helpful in carrying heavy baggage for the women. I appreciated his checking if the temperature was ok , and stopping so that anyone who needed the washroom could do so.
