The driver was accelerating and breaking very sharply and was very antsy. Me and my wife felt sick in the end of trip(( Also, bus was late at departure from Ottawa. All the other things were good. Also it was cold in the morning, 22 degrees Celsius early in the morning is too cold.
Absolutely no way of knowing where bus pick-up was. No signs. No phone lines for help. No one in the vicinity that knew anything about the bus. Nothing at all, extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Oh, and the bus wifi doesn’t work at all.
This company uses a pickup location that’s different from the dropoff location. As a result I missed the buss and when I saw it leave, I called Maheux who were too slow to react and get the bus to come back for me. The driver didn’t have the curtesy to call me to find out if I was having trouble finding the location. Kindly take a hike.
Brilliant driver, it was nasty weather, I rather arrive safely and late than dead and on time. To be honest I’m surprised we weren’t much later than we were considering how bad the weather was. I highly recommend this service
