The only complaint I have is that there were no instructions anywhere or how to get to the bus area and the airport signage is confusing. Two airport staff directed me to the shuttle area because they were confused too. I waited there for 1/2 hr before realizing I was in the wrong spot. Would be nice to give specific instructions of where the waiting area is.
We arrived late because of traffic in Montréal and also one guy that took fifteen minutes extra at Rigaud for his Subway order. That should not be allowed.
Ours was fine. Wi-Fi didn’t connect from iPhone. Probably should have taken a star off for that. But ours was a good way to get to Ottawa on budget, on time and in reasonable comfort.
Was my first service and I loved it! I was lost and the driver called me to make sure and wait for me! 9 seater was so clean. The driver was so kind I forgot his name, I will take your service from now on. Seriously happy
I booked with some hesitance. I thought that travelling by bus was less ideal than the well maintained Via Rail System. The experience of the bus service blew me away.

I am glad Orleans is offering this service between Montreal and Ottawa.
This trip was the second time that I had taken a bus to/from Montreal-Ottawa.
All trips were convenient and hassle-free. Only one of them without toilet paper. A little snack would be the cherry on top but yet the rest was great.
The driver makes the experience. Ben left me feeling uncomfortable. The seats are super comfortable. The ride was super smooth. It would be great to know in advance who will be driving.
The driver was very rude and another passenger had to ask him twice to wear his mask, he took backroads instead of the highway and the van was 50 minutes late to the destination, tickets are non-refundable.
My ticket said the bus would pick us up on Berri near St. Catherine. The bus was actually one block east on Labelle. The phone number on my ticket was no longer in service. I was told on the bus that it was not insured to drive on Ontario highways, so we went to Ottawa by way of Lachute and Gatineau on Highway 50. That's why the trip took longer than what was said on my ticket.
It was my first time using the services of Orleans Express and I was impressed by the infrastructure of the bus itself as well as the friendliness of the staff. The driver was professional and punctual, getting us safe from Montreal to Ottawa within the expected time of arrival. It was a nice trip.
