I had to depart the bus at the Mount Curries Inn and I sat there for 3hrs and had to organise my own transportation. I was meant to have arrived in Port Shepstone at 7:45am for something urgent, but no alternative solution was offered to get me to or even close to Port Shepstone due to the supposed strike. Instead of proper communication about road block into Port Shepstone, I was taken further out of my way which therefore was a complete waste of my money
The bus was 40min late and nobody communicated this with me and when I asked the sales person she was very rude
