Greyhound Eau Claire Chicago recent customer reviews
Unorganized and unprofessional. Lots of misinformation regarding arrival and departure times and was not notified of cancelled bus legs and when I called to ask if my bus was still coming for the first leg, a customer service agent told me it skipped me and did not stop in Eau Claire to pick me up. Thank goodness I stuck around forming a Plan B because it eventually showed up. Staff was rude.

Covid-19 social distancing measures not firmly implanted by staff as result not taken seriously by a few of the travelers.

The bus was full with no vacant spot except for one and I had to stand up for awhile even though the bus moved on already. I personally be the one to speak to the person occupying both seats. I hope the bus driver would make an announcement to make space for incoming passengers and would not leave the pickup station unless everyone was seated.
