Greyhound Erie Toronto recent customer reviews
Bus smelled so poorly that I had to wear my scarf over my nose and mouth for the trip from Erie to Buffalo. Smell permeated throughout entire bus; cigarettes, tar and urine. Disgusting.

The service was okay but was late into Toronto. I had an ongoing ticket to the airport. The driver did not know where the bus went from and then said it was from Union Station-the ticket simply said Toronto. It could have been very difficult except that staff from Mega buses stepped in and conveyed myself and a young woman to Pearson airport which was near their garage. Without their thoughtfulness we would have been very late and in a difficult situation. Greyhound staff were of no help at all.

First bus of my trip was 2hrs late making me miss my connection (despite having a 1.5hr grace period I was already going to have to wait) so i ended up waiting for another 3hrs for the next bus to Toronto and not getting home until nearly 2am.
