Greyhound did not even meet my very low expectations. The bud was hours late and when it arrived it was filthy and stunk terribly. The attendant threw our luggage on the ground at we got off the bus. The station was also extremely dirty and the hand dryers in the bathroom didn’t work.
The bus didn't come at all. There was no notification that the bus would no longer be coming, we were only given notice when we directly called over and over again to get information on the bus. It was supposed to arrive at 3:40am initially, then delayed till 4:27am, and then at 5:15am we finally found out that it would not be coming.
Bus is extremely gross and non sanitized. Bathroom leaks smell the entire trip, making wearing a mask for hours at a time like breathing in pure carbon dioxide. Driver was on time, but drove like mad Max on the entire trip. Guest were not forced to wear their mask. Never talking greyhound again. Ever. I’d rather walk than sit on this rolling death/pandemic machine.
The bus was 3 hrs late and the station closed at 5:30 so I was out 230hrs and the staff inside didn’t know what to do and seemed very confused about the whole thing.
Greyhound is a reliable route of transportation. The bus was about 4 hours late, reminded me patients is a virtue, but many people in the station were pretty upset about it, and the staff didn’t show much empathy.
Bus driver was very rude and didn’t care that there wasn’t enough seats for every passenger. Ignored all of us asking for him to fix it, saying “we’re already running late just sit down”.
Our bus from Flagstaff to Phoenox never came. I only found out when I got to the bus station and they have a very unofficial and roughly written note taped to their door saying all bus trips are cancelled due to weather. I gave my email AND phone number when I booked my ticket, but they did not give me any notification. I was able to talk to other passengers who were at the station and they said they didn’t get an alert either.
Bus was late more than 2 hours. They said they have a problem and trying to fix the bus. They should've send another bus if they have a problem like this.
This was the worst experience I have ever encountered while taking public transportation. Bus broke down half way and my 2 hour trip turned into a 6 hour journey.
The bus was an hour late. I am flexible, so I was okay with the delay, but a notification really should be sent out via email or text notifying customers of bus delays.
