Horrible experience! Very disappointed. My departure was set for 12:30am and the bus showed up at 4:30 am. 4 hours late with no updates no answers as too why it was delayed. Sat in the cold with my daughter waiting with no explanation from any of the greyhound staff.

I have no review as I have no experience as the bus didn't show up and left me stranded in LA at 1.15am with no accommodation.
According to customer reviews, the service provided by this company is very comfortable, clean, and warm inside. However, there have been complaints about difficulties in contacting the company through their phone number. Customers have reported that the call constantly gets cut off and they were unable to communicate effectively except in person. Additionally, some customers had negative experiences with a rude clerk at one of their locations who was unhelpful and reluctant to answer questions. Despite these issues with communication and customer service, customers still found the ride itself satisfactory in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

Got to the stop at 1030 pm bus was supposed to show up on mcdonelly a 1120 bus never came had to go to greyhound to barely make it. Never dealing with that company again sticking to greyhound.
The bus tire blew out. When the repair vehicle came (2 hours after the tire blew), the mechanics refused to change the tire. I asked the bus driver, he confirmed that only the wheel had to be changed, everything else was perfectly fine!! So the 2 hours went waste. Then we had to wait for another 3 hour for the next bus to come by. Slow service, bad communication makes me give only 1 star. At least we should be compensated for this. I arrived Phoenix 7 hours after the time the bus was booked for.
I didn't actually get to use the ticket , my wife was admitted to the hospital and I went there instead of my Phoenix trip to see my mom. I am sure the trip was fine it usually is. Wish there was a discount or transfer policy as the bus was almost empty. but I'll rebook it soon it's so affordable I shouldn't really complain.
Based on 47 reviews, the company was rated 2.9 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the staff but often complained with the timeliness. Los Limousines ticket prices on this trip start at $75.00

The drivers are always friendly and professional and the seats are as comfortable as I can expect the one thing on this last trip I didn't have was a charging port and that left me without entertainment for most of the journey.
Terrible. No charging port.
