We called the number of contact and it constantly cut off. There was no way to communicate effectively except in person and had there been an urgent manner we were cut off. The company needs to have a legitimate phone number. This was a bad omen. Furthermore, the clerk in at 613 Maple LA. CA was very rude, could not be bothered answering the simplest questions. Information had to be pulled with threat of contacting city officials at the questionable tactics she repeatedly incited. The driver and ride were ok. But this left a very negative and unsafe feeling. The clerk also tried to sell the ticket we purchased claiming it was not sold even though we had bank confirmation.
Everything was pretty good: clean, charging stations at the station and onboard. Main drawback was that the bus was one and a half hours late leaving LA. The driver tried his best to make up the time but he was a bit too dictatorial
The seats were inconsistent - I had to move around on a couple to find one that was the right angle, etc (but it still sloped forward slightly). Thankfully I got on at the first stop so had a few to choose from.
Also, I made the mistake of wearing a short-sleeve T-shirt and the air con was better than I thought. It was pretty cold on the bus (ironically about 95F outside).
I also had a cold duct (presumably for the air con) running alongside my seat and window which I could not rest my arm because it was freezing.
But the journey went smoothly and everyone was decent enough.
