The driver’s behavior was very rude. We had a box carton with some grocery items. We paid $88.49 for that and asked if we can take that with us. She said we can collect this from Calgary. At Grandie Praire I asked the driver my carton would be moved to the next bus? With a very harsh voice she replied it’ll be sent by truck and you’ll get it on Saturday morning. I said there are frozen chickens and if they get rotten then who will take the responsibility? Again she shouted on me and said you’ll get it. Today is Monday and I just rcv a call from Calgary counter and came to know it has reached. Now if the goods get rotten cold shot must have to bear the penalty ..
