The bus ride was great till we had the stop over and got back on the bus with a driver that was on his cell phone the rest of the way (on speaker) and he put the air on so cold that it felt like riding in a refrigerator, it was already cool outside and there was no need
The driver did not stop at the bus station in Gainesville. We had to chase the bus down and he stopped eventually. He told us that he had no record that he should be picking up a passenger. This is extremely poor RedCoach! We almost met in an accident in order to get the bus to stop as I did not want to miss my flight.
Bad. Very late. Maintenance took way too long. Water was dripping from the ceiling and the WiFi was terrible

I was on a 13 hours wait just cuz the the switch driver was inpatient to restart the system and double check for people that was reboarding the same Gray hound bus in Orlando from Miami
I liked the profession and kindness of the person driving the bus, I did NOT like that it was 3 hours late and I never had a notification in my email.
My first bus leaving Gainesville was over two hours late. Which made everyone on the bus miss their connecting bus from Orlando. The next one scheduled to Fort Lauderdale wasent for another four hours. Then that one was over an hour late! Let’s just say it was a very long day and wasent worth what I had paid at all!
