The driver did not stop at the bus station in Gainesville. We had to chase the bus down and he stopped eventually. He told us that he had no record that he should be picking up a passenger. This is extremely poor RedCoach! We almost met in an accident in order to get the bus to stop as I did not want to miss my flight.
Overall, a very good service and useful for I, a student going back home. I just personally had a bad experience with the lady next to me that kept hitting my elbow and the man in front of me reclined his chair so it was quite uncomfortable for a good portion of the drive.
Redcoach is always fine, this trip was with an outsourced bus. Bus driver didn't know where to go and took extra stops. Was also super late to Gainesville and to Fort Lauderdale.
My first bus leaving Gainesville was over two hours late. Which made everyone on the bus miss their connecting bus from Orlando. The next one scheduled to Fort Lauderdale wasent for another four hours. Then that one was over an hour late! Let’s just say it was a very long day and wasent worth what I had paid at all!
Awful. The WiFi was not working, and the only response the bus driver had was “can’t do anything about it”. Choosing your seat beforehand is a waste of time; nobody abides by it. Not worth the price; I suggest an alternative such as Greyhound or a train.
The service was generally good. However, the first driver (male)was a pig! He took off the lights and started to drive off before e nsuring that all passengers were seated.
