It was very good
There was no AC. It was a very uncomfortable and long bus ride.
Horrible policies don’t even wait 10 min to make sure everyone’s on board
Very efficient, yet impatient
The AC was not working well in the back row. Also the smell die to the quite nasty toilet was not pleasant.
Fire. Also comfortable. Love the late night time availability
Terrible service, the associates were unprofessional and rude. They lost my luggage and did not seem to care or take precautions. The bus was also an hour late
Not worth the price. WiFi has never worked on any RedCoach I’ve ridden, this particular bus was in bad shape and sounded like it would break down at any moment. Paid almost twice what a greyhound costs but barely noticed any difference in quality of ride. Only one break one hour in on the entire 9 hour journey—the least they could have done was tell us so we could get food at the first stop. Won’t make the mistake of booking with them again.
The bus had some issues and there was water leaking INSIDE of the bus getting passengers wet. Our luggage was also SOAKED.
Awful the bus driving refused to let me in the bust be he departed
The booking confirmation says seating is not pre-assigned. Having boarded the bus first my boyfriend and I sat together only to be moved around in quite a dismissive and rude way by the Red Coach staff at the Orlando stop. She made us feel like we were in the wrong and stupid, to be honest. Also the wi-fi did not work for the whole journey and upon reported the issue to the bus driver he shrugged his shoulders, followed by the same red coach staff member asking if we knew how to connect to wi-fi and if we were doing it right. It was a very unpleasant stop in Orlando because of the staff. It was an extremely long journey with no wi-fi as we are travelling here from abroad and don’t have local sims. Disappointed trip overall. First Class is overrated on red coach. Definitely not worth the money.
I end up leaving from ft Lauderdale i couldnt waiti on the bus just to go 30 mins from there
Clean and comfortable reclining seats. Sometimes a bit chilly. Will use again if need be😊
The bus smell like pee. I hope the staff clean it. I paid for thee service
It was terrible; I am never riding on Greyhound ever again. I will never recommend it. The bus I was supposed to transfer to cancelled and nobody told us. I arrived to Miami over 6 hours than what I was originally supposed to. 6 hours worth of time and money. Also, hire some new bus drivers. Every staff working member was depressed, rude, and negligent.
Rude bus drivers. Dissapointed. Clean bus. Ok driving.
The bus was not prepared to take off as there was a malfunction with one of the bus functions.
The bus has no AC. I’m sweating for 8 hours
There were two buses to Miami and they decided to put the bags randomly. So mine was put in the other bus, there was a delay and I had to wait 15 min so the bus would arrive with my stuff
Very nice ride. Comfortable seats. The driver was super nice.
The first driver did ugly. Not educated driver. On website they offered a bus with two lines of seats, but we had one of sides with one. Also the driver received two other passegers that we had a overbook.
The bus was delayed for 6 hours and we didn't really receive any information as to why the buses were delayed. Overall it was a horrible experience and I would recommend any other bus company available.
My ticket said one departure location, waited and had to call to only be told it was another location... only would have figured that out because I called. I missed my bus and had many many issues in regards to this. Was a very terrible first experience.
Arrival to MIA was 1 hour and 45 minutes late.
Horrible experience. Treated poorly. No communication between employees and customers. Disorganized.
Outlets on the bus did not work. Bus was an hour and a half late to my arrival destination.
Very bad timing, rude staff and dirty buses. I am happy I arrived safely. The important part is arriving safely.
Bus did not show up. I was very disappointed
