No wifi. On time
Cancellation made things complicated and worse. I paid for Flix but got GreyHound. Did not like my experience at all
Eu fiquei totalmente decepcionado com o serviço deles, eles simplesmente cancelaram a minha reserva pouco tempo antes da hora marcada

The bus was on time that was nice. Having a bathroom was very nice. But the wifi was terrible and we couldn't even use it and had to use our own data. The seating was first complicated because the seats they give u on the ticket and the way the seats are number are completely different. That being said we had no seats together and me and my fiance had to sit with strangers even tho we booked together. That was very terrible to me and upset me a lot. There were no power outlets and if a bus had them most didn't work if any.
Very fast ride back home from Gainesville to Miami. Although I wish the bus would make frequent stops through Orlando on the turnpike instead of just the greyhound bus stations. The bathrooms there were horrible and hardly any food to purchase except the vending machine at the Miami station. I would say the bus ride itself was comfortable and relatively fast t
The AC was not working well in the back row. Also the smell die to the quite nasty toilet was not pleasant.
According to customer reviews, there are several negative aspects mentioned about the service. Customers complain about rude and unhelpful drivers, as well as small seats that are uncomfortable for taller individuals. Additionally, some customers mention issues with the bus itself, such as rattling emergency exits and unpleasant smells during the trip. It is also noted that there were no hand cleaning facilities in the onboard bathroom. However, it's important to consider that these negative experiences have been reported alongside positive feedback from satisfied customers who had overall pleasant trips.

It was a good ride, it was on time. Wifi access was hard and the seat numbers were a bit of a chaos but apart from that all good. Didn't use the bathroom because it smelled. But in the whole it was an OK experience, the staff at the bus change was very friendly.
Customer service is the worst. The bus never showed up. When I called CS, will admit I was irritated(standing in 100 degrees with no shade for over 40 minutes ) he hung up on me. Had to change my itinerary twice. When the price change was higher I was charged. The second time the price was lower, I was not reimbursed.
I have almost missed my international flight! I planned it 3 months in advance. Tickets cost me an arm. I planned to arrive 3 hours in advance. However, the bus was 1h late. Additionally, the traffic jam took an additional hour. After all, I arrived right before the check-in was about to close. Lastly, the bus driver hit the car during the ride. I have seen the owner of the victim’s car reached a driver expressing his emotions regarding the fact that the driver had just left from the scene.
