The bus driver, Mr. Gregory was kind, humorous and a good driver. The ride would have been perfect except the air conditioner didn’t work properly and we either froze or sweated.
Awesome, the bus was very punctual！
I had written Greyhound off but my experience was much better this time. The bus depot clerk was very nice for so early in the morning. We left on time and we arrived 15 minutes before scheduled. I made it to the airport and checked in without worry because of the timeliness of the bus.
This is my worse experience on a bus I miss my flight because the bus was late
Not pleased that the bus was late.
The bus was canceled and I wasn’t told. I had to call and hold for 20 minutes
Very good service
Don’t take job seriously and super late
Ggreyhound overall was fine however the bathroom smell spilled over into the seating area.
Your driver, a young woman was excellent, all about respect
The greyhound staff at Gainsville told me that the bus was an hour and half late. I waited at the station and this staff did not issue me a ticket. I had booked it online. I was a first time traveller and was not sure about the process. I waited for almost two hours and the bus arrived. The driver said that she could take only two passengers only. I was ready to board but she then asked me for the ticket. I showed my online copy and they said this is not my ticket. The Gainesville staff then goes inside murmuring and printed my ticket. But later there was no seat and the bus left. They then asked us to wait another 15 minutes and booked us a user to a location which was 30 min away. Then I took a bus from there and reached Orlando! Such a bad trip and experience! Very poor customer service!
Very bad bus on the morning. It never came on time.
Horrible, bus driver almost got into an accident with a semi truck and overheard the driver talking about how tired he was
Me pareció super puntualidad
The bus driver was impolite and make fun of me. He somehow didn't allow to let me put my luggage in the storage and made me move it on the bus.

I made mistake of ordering the ticket, was trying to change it, there was no one answering the phene, and unable to do the change online. So I wasted $57.
