Greyhound Harrisburg New York City recent customer reviews
We were denied boarding the bus and forced to wait 6.25 hours for the next one. This alone was unacceptable. Then when boarding the later bus, we were made to stand aside and let the later passengers board first, even though we had been waiting longer and our having to take their bus was not our fault. This increased all our stress, and forced me to sit in the handicapped seat with very limited leg space. The later bus also had extra stops and a longer layover. I arrived home after 2:30AM and had almost no sleep before work the next day. A nightmare.

I paid $130 bucks to wait a whole hour for the bus and the electric outlets didn't even work! The bus was oversold and smelly because of it. Next time I'll take megabus!

Extremely rude staff in Harrisburg; dirty bus; trip took an hour longer than stated. I will never use Greyhound again.
