I was very dissatisfied with the Heathrow to Nottingham part of my journey because the driver singled me out to ask racially prejudiced questions about my baggage. He refused to tell me why I was the only one he asked about the contents of ny baggage, why he did it in such an insulting way or the company policy basis informing his prejudiced approach. I immediately called national express customer services and lodged a formal complaint.

Wifi never works ! Half of the drivers were nice, others were not rude but not friendly either. Coaches are nice, clean, and well equipped with good air conditioning.
