The bus left Edmonton 16 minutes later than the scheduled time of 1:30pm. departure for Calgary. The driver from High Prairie to Edmonton was not friendly. It would be helpful if he greeted everyone once we are all on the bus and gave a quick overview of when/where the rest stops would be, WiFi info, USB ports, etc. The legroom is less than ideal in the seats. Quite cramped for such a long journey. The driver from High Prairie to Edmonton drive too close to the vehicles in the right hand lane on the highway. This is terribly u safe and puts all passengers at risk for a serious accident. The bathroom at the Edmonton bus depot on 154th street needs significant attention. More frequent cleaning is needed, along with replenishing paper towels and soap, emptying the garbage can regularly. I would like to see a significant improvement given the bus fare of $141.00 for a one way ticket.
