I'm a smoker and I was thankful for the stops. Comfortable chairs. Bathroom facilities and wifi. It was a good trip. But if you're coming to Calgary be prepared for the long wait in traffic at cross iron mall. Not the buses fault. Highways dept.to blame.

Unfortunately, the replacement crew couldn't make it from Grande Prairie to Houston BC, so we couldn't leave for Grande Prairie, hence I have to rebook my trip, which meant to add an extra $30 dollars to the cost of my ticket, I asked the operator if I could pay the penalty fees and leave my ticket open, and even asked if I could reverse it from Calgary to Grande Prairie for a latter date instead, but the answer was a NO. We are still having issues with the other crew, which could mean another $30 dollars added to the already $180 dollars bus ticket from Grande Prairie to Calgary, amounting to $210 dollars, 11 hours bus ride ticket, which is the equivalent to a 2 hours plane ticket from Grande Prairie to Calgary .

I enjoyed the bus and ride from GP to Edm. The seat leg rest makes seating very comfy.
The bus from Edm to Calgary didn't have a leg rest and that made the trip a little uncomfortable for me.
2. Stops
The stop points offer very little in variety of food choices.
Since there's enough delay
time for transfer busses, can some of that time be allotted to more stops at Whitecourt?
