Greyhound Jacksonville Atlanta recent customer reviews
Most of the time greyhound staff are very rude and angry people especially the drivers. They talk to people in the most disrespectful way. I'm not even suprised anymore when this happens. I realize all passengers aren't easy to deal with but we are all paying customers who deserve better service and cleaner buses. I travel greyhound very often from state to state because of my job as a commercial transport driver so, I'm not just venting off one particular situation these occurrences are way to often.
It was worst experience in all manner. Bust started late and took 4 breaks in total travel. bus was arrived at destination with 5 hours delay. AC was also not enough strong in summer.
The only negative comment that can make is the bus kept breaking down., which is out of the drivers control. I guess I can also say that my driver at least drove the bus to Macon GA Greyhound station where the bus completely broke down. We had bathrooms and the station was located near many restaurants.
