Satisfy so far
The bus had no heat from Jacksonville FL to Atlanta GA and it was 45° I was so cold I couldn't sleep . I am hoping it doesn't happen again
It was great other than is being late getting to atlanta .. The Bus driver helped with my mother Inlaw he was very helpful.
I enjoy riding but hate every time on my return trip It take 7 + hrs no direct trip from Jacksonville
I feel it was very disrespectful No apology
Very smooth ride. Didn't like the 4 hours layover but in all it was good
First time riding and will ride again.
He was late picking up from jax.fl, late dropping off instead of 5:15 it was 7:30, defroster didn't work among other things
Most of the time greyhound staff are very rude and angry people especially the drivers. They talk to people in the most disrespectful way. I'm not even suprised anymore when this happens. I realize all passengers aren't easy to deal with but we are all paying customers who deserve better service and cleaner buses. I travel greyhound very often from state to state because of my job as a commercial transport driver so, I'm not just venting off one particular situation these occurrences are way to often.
It was good trip. But some odd smell was there
It was fun and ibwas by myself
Very nice and clean bus
I really enjoyed the bus ride especially since it wasn’t crowded and very clean.Had not heard of RedCoach
It was worst experience in all manner. Bust started late and took 4 breaks in total travel. bus was arrived at destination with 5 hours delay. AC was also not enough strong in summer.
Everything was very professional
The only negative comment that can make is the bus kept breaking down., which is out of the drivers control. I guess I can also say that my driver at least drove the bus to Macon GA Greyhound station where the bus completely broke down. We had bathrooms and the station was located near many restaurants.
Not only did we not leave on time .. the reson for being late was b/c the driver had to rest for an hour before we could leave the station... the whole trip was absolutely disfunctional .. I feel as though that excuse was totally unacceptable, b/c if it had been me “the customer” I would’ve missed my trip .. I don’t think it’s fair that everyone’s travel plans had to take a detour b/c the driver had to take an rest... I will never use greyhounds ghetto services AGAIN!!!
The rest room is clean
To cold on bus tho
