Staff was polite. Bus driver kept nearly falling asleep behind wheel the one that drove us from Heidelberg to scottburgh. And stopping on the highway to refill water bottle and pee next to bus. His driving was very poor and made the trip nerve reacking. Toilet had no light and toilet paper .
