The driver left the terminus 5 minutes early and he was not even bothered to stop after a few people who were suppose to be on that bus were left behind. National express should be on top of their game, so I thought but it turns out to be very dissapointing. Thanks to your professional customer service for picking up the peaces and granting us train tickets.
