The driver ended the trip at the previous station in Seville (Plaza de Armas) and told me that if I want to go to my destination (Santa Justa), I will have to wait for a 50-minute break!!! I lost my train to Cordoba and had to catch an Uber to go from Plaza de Armas to Sevilla Santa Justa. This is unacceptable!

Very confusing as to where to get the bus from at the Lisbon station. No signs or monitors to help indicate what bus to board. The bus had no markings of destination and everybody was crowding around the driver asking questions. The driver spoke no English or Portuguese and couldn’t even help. When I asked ‘Seville’ he looked at me like I was asking to be taken to Mars. There was little to no information before or during the journey on the change needed. Thankfully a passenger helped us out. Poor communication, no signage, not a good experience. The bus was on time at least.
